The needs of growing kids led to a teenage retreat... Just the excuse for giving this home a major make-over. 
The clients brief was to give the home a street presence and improve access with appeal. The addition extra rooms and a rumpus was the solution. By creating a new 'visible entry' the result is much more inviting to all.
The client was attached to the style of the home so a sympathetic addition was designed. Finishes and details were chosen in keeping with the existing brickwork. The result virtually doubled the size of the house. A good example of a client not wanting to sell or leave the area but capitalising on their existing home whilst increasing the market value.
A cost effective example of property development. The clients recognised the opportunity that by solving their own need for more space, they were at the same time creating a much more desireable outcome with a tidy profit resulting!
