We recently completed a first floor addition with Your Style and are absolutely thrilled with the result.
A special mention to Geoffro, Geoff, Spencer, Anthony, Michael and Bundy, who were an incredible team to have onsite. Their craftsmanship, strong work ethic, positive attitude and solution focused approach made a real difference throughout the build. Living through a renovation is never easy, yet they integrated seamlessly into our day to day lives and even made the experience enjoyable. We were genuinely sad to see them go.
Mark also deserves recognition for his thoughtful design work, which played a key role in bringing the vision together so successfully.
The organisation across the project was excellent. We were provided with clear shopping lists and a well structured timeline outlining what was required and when. Costs were upfront and communicated clearly throughout. We have friends and family in the building industry who even commented on how well organised the process was.
As with any build, there are always a few small compromises along the way, but there was consistently a solution or even better recommendations and a willingness from the team to work through anything that came up. We are walking away with nothing but happiness. So happy.

Your Style have just finished a massive first floor addition to our home and we couldn’t be happier.
We added 3 bedrooms, 1 master bedroom with walk in robe, ensuite, linen, bathroom and living room.
From the first initial phone call with Col, we knew this was the team we wanted to build our dream home.
From the design process with Mark and Julie in the office to the awesome team of Chad, Adam, Michael, Luke and Arkie (Dream Team) we couldn’t be happier.
Nothing was a problem, everything was what they said, I can’t believe for such a major renovation it was a 4 month turn around to the day and a fixed price.
All the contractors they used were all the same, so easy to deal with high standards.
We stayed in the house the whole time, did not need to move out once which was so fabulous for a family of 5 and a dog, and to not be too inconvenienced whilst such a huge build is happening must be rare.
I had so many compliments from the neighbours of how respectful they all were with them and how quiet and clean they were at all times.
My husband is a perfectionist and the quality of Your Style’s work is of very high standard.
I 100% recommend Your Style to anyone looking for a company which is honest, reliable, easy to deal with and with a whole lot of awesome people working with and for them.

We connected with the team from Your Style a few months ago to discuss adding a floor to our home. The first meeting with Col set the tone that carried throughout the whole journey, from design ideation to project planning and building finish. Chad, Mark & the team were amazing throughout, guiding us through the experience and helping with critical decisions. Our own ideas influenced the design as much as their expertise and skills helped bring it all together — it was a premium experience that felt 100% personal. Along the way the Your Style team was incredibly accommodating, creative and went out of their way to find suitable solutions that met our needs & desires within the boundaries of planned cost and building capabilities.
During construction the builders and sub-contractors were very pleasant to deal with, the site always felt safe for the family (we stayed in the house throughout the whole build) and there were no delays in the process: from start to finish in 5 months. Not only that but the Your Style team acted as their own critics when it came to build quality, attention to detail and finishes, they would take corrective action proactively when needed to ensure high quality. We are very happy and most satisfied with the results that truly speak for themselves.
What we enjoyed the most was the easy, honest and open communication at any given time, with the team onsite as well as the office. There were no hidden costs, unexpected expenses or nasty surprises. By the end of it we were right on budget and within the best possible time frame — a testimony to Your Style’s ability to plan ahead and deliver.
There are many horror stories out there and as first-timers it can feel uneasy to go through the unknowns of a renovation. Yet, our experience with Your Style could not have been better and we are incredibly grateful for what they delivered, and how.

For the renovation of our home in Kimo Street North Balgowlah we selected Your Style to under the work under a design and construct contract.
We received quotes from other companies however Your Style were by far the most professional and responsive of the builders during this period. They developed a clear and precise understanding of our requirements quickly. They suggested cost effective alternatives to our initial concept design, which we adopted. They managed the development approval process on our behalf and this was a seamless process with all risks managed effectively.
The construction phase was completed ahead of the contract programme. This was despite the fact that it was complex demolition and rebuild project where we still lived in the house throughout the entire process.
Your Style clearly has a mature design and construction model that is proven now on many projects. They had a strong safety focus and always made sure the site was left in a tidy manner at the end of each day.

When we embarked on our renovation journey, friends told us that we were crazy for doing this while being pregnant and also living through the build. However, the process was completely seamless and nothing but professional. We were continually kept updated on the progress and next steps.
