I signed off with Ian today and must admit that although it is exciting, it was a little sad :)
I cannot tell you how impressed we have been with Ian and the boys, we are telling everyone we know that you are THE ONLY company to call if they want to do what we have done. I anticipate this will only increase when everyone see the end result. A few people have started to ask to come and see it, as they have been watching the progress from the outside.
The entire experience has been amazing from the initial meeting with Col to design with Mark to now, and the end result is totally fantastic! When everything is finished, we will invite all of you for some hospitality and to see the finished product.

For the renovation of our home in Kimo Street North Balgowlah we selected Your Style to under the work under a design and construct contract.
We received quotes from other companies however Your Style were by far the most professional and responsive of the builders during this period. They developed a clear and precise understanding of our requirements quickly. They suggested cost effective alternatives to our initial concept design, which we adopted. They managed the development approval process on our behalf and this was a seamless process with all risks managed effectively.
The construction phase was completed ahead of the contract programme. This was despite the fact that it was complex demolition and rebuild project where we still lived in the house throughout the entire process.
Your Style clearly has a mature design and construction model that is proven now on many projects. They had a strong safety focus and always made sure the site was left in a tidy manner at the end of each day.

Steve and I have been so very happy with the whole process.. from Col coming over to sell the idea, to Mark who we spent a while with coming up with our plans, to the amazing guys who physically worked hard to complete our dream.
The team has made us feel a part of the “your style” family. You have all been warm and welcoming and extremely professional throughout the process. The guys have been very respectful when working on site, understanding they are in our home. Even down to the trades that have been included- we are very happy with Sean (plumber), Ray (electrician) as well as the plasterers and tiler. Everyone was understanding when there was some little problems, and we all worked together to adjust the end result.

Many thanks to you and Colin, your team and especially Gary, Luke, Bryce and Lochie for a fantastic job on our extension and being flexible, patient and accommodating with us for the last four months, and we really appreciate the extra mile they went for us. The whole process has been relatively stress free and we can now sit back and enjoy.
We’ve had so many people comment on our extension, and in fact had cars stop out the front to ask us about it. Everyone has said that it doesn’t look like an extension but part of the original house which is a credit to Mark in his design.

We would like to say how happy we are with everything. The building process has been very efficient and there have not been any major issues at all. Gary and his team have been outstanding, as have all the different trades. Cannot speak highly enough of them, Gary in particular.
Also special mention to Lachie for having to come in pouring rain several times out of hours !
Also wanted to let you know that we have had a few painters here quoting in last few days and 3 of them have independantly said what a great job the gyprockers have done.

Working with you all has been an absolute pleasure and we couldn’t be more happy with our incredible house transformation. Gary, Luke and Lauchy were fabulous and somehow managed to deal with a pregnant lady who changed her mind every 5mins and kept forgetting things AND a 2yo who thought he was the foreman! (I won’t even mention the needy Spoodle!!!) The rest of the trades, Shaun, Ray, Frank and the plasterers, that we had been equally as easy to work with and our finished house is exactly how we had always imagined!

We used Your Style for our second floor addition in 2015 – turning a standard 1950’s 3-bedroom weatherboard into a 5 bedroom family ‘beach house’. We picked them for their superior design, ‘concept to completion’ process and competitive pricing. We were very happy with the whole process from design through DA submission to build and completion, which was done on time and on budget. Our site supervisor was friendly, professional and hands-on and we were always confident in him and the work being done. After speaking to many builders, we knew from the moment we met Gary this was the company to use. Mark the draftsman was wonderful to deal with, he also gave me a list of previous clients that I could contact. I did contact many & they all praised Your Style & were very happy. Julie was so thorough, organized & efficient every step of the way. I had peace of mind knowing that our renovation was going to be completed on time & a perfect job.
Gary, Bryce & Luke were a pleasure to deal with & nothing was too much trouble. We were given a build time of 16-20 weeks & it was completed in 10 weeks. We only had a few days of rain which helped with the speedy time frame.

Our experience with Your Style was above and beyond our expectations.
When we embarked on our renovation journey, friends told us that we were crazy for doing this while being pregnant and also living through the build. However, the process was completely seamless and nothing but professional. We were continually kept updated on the progress and next steps.
